Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain client relationships by communicating order status, inventory, and potential issues affecting workflow schedule and SLAs.
  • •Plan and execute purchase orders to specifications, coordinate production with outside vendors, monitor SLA procedures, and identify alternative products/services.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues; begin learning how to perform testing on incoming materials and identify process improvements.
  • •Assist with job costing and interpret multifactor/variable price grids to provide cost commitment to customers.
  • •Maintain and review material inventory for daily production requirements and act as primary contact for vendor disputes and billing dispute resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
