Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead overall project management to ensure quality, cost, statutory compliance, safety, environmental standards, and scheduling requirements are met
  • •Manage the master programme and long lead items, ensuring alignment with milestones and delivery timelines
  • •Update and maintain the master programme and ensure short-term programmes (weekly plans, look-ahead schedules, inspection timelines) are reviewed and communicated
  • •Monitor progress and quality through regular updates with site teams or contractors and ensure safety and compliance
  • •Produce comprehensive project reports and manage schedules using Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or Excel for baseline setting and progress tracking

Key Requirements

  • •Construction-related degree (e.g. Project Management, Construction Management, Design, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent
  • •Minimum 7 years’ experience in project management or construction projects
  • •Mastery of project management concepts, tools, and techniques
  • •Proven experience leading large-scale, high-complexity construction projects
  • •Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in people management
