Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate priorities and direction from senior leaders and government stakeholders into clear, actionable mission alignment materials for the business unit.
  • •Develop strategic plans and supporting documents, including organizational charts and SharePoint sites to manage business unit information.
  • •Create and edit compliant proposal content in response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, including past performance and resume development with oversight and coaching.
  • •Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation such as user guides, help guides, SOPs, training materials, and knowledge base articles/FAQs.
  • •Interview SMEs and collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate, consistent writing aligned to proposal strategy and quality standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 70,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience (or commensurate experience), with degrees in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Journalism, or related fields a plus.
  • •Experience responding to government solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs).
  • •Ability to write compliant and compelling proposal sections for government solicitations.
  • •Experience creating technical documentation (user guides, SOPs, help content, or training materials) for non-expert audiences.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong editing/proofreading with consistency in style and terminology.
