Key Responsibilities

•Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling, opening hatches, and attaching/detaching hoses as needed.
•Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks using appropriate machinery/equipment.
•Perform and record repairs and daily/weekly/monthly maintenance while inspecting in-use equipment.
•Monitor and maintain inventory quality and deliver products (fertilizer, chemical, seed, feed, and other items) to customer sites with accurate, on-time service.
•Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, maintain clean/safe work areas, support warehouse/forklift and grounds maintenance (including snow removal), and report safety concerns or maintenance needs.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Trucking Operations.
•Ability to read, write, and communicate in English and understand highway traffic signs and signals.
•Meet the minimum age requirement.
•Maintain or be able to obtain a CDL and DOT medical card.
•Lift 75 pounds and work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures.
