Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling, opening hatches, and attaching/detaching hoses as needed.
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks using appropriate machinery/equipment.
  • •Perform and record repairs and daily/weekly/monthly maintenance while inspecting in-use equipment.
  • •Monitor and maintain inventory quality and deliver products (fertilizer, chemical, seed, feed, and other items) to customer sites with accurate, on-time service.
  • •Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, maintain clean/safe work areas, support warehouse/forklift and grounds maintenance (including snow removal), and report safety concerns or maintenance needs.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Trucking Operations.
  • •Ability to read, write, and communicate in English and understand highway traffic signs and signals.
  • •Meet the minimum age requirement.
  • •Maintain or be able to obtain a CDL and DOT medical card.
  • •Lift 75 pounds and work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures.
