Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a client project and service team responsible for project intake and client prioritization.
  • •Provide consultation and cross-functional leadership to Fiserv support teams while managing overall day-to-day relationship management.
  • •Develop strategies, processes, and people to effectively manage the client segment.
  • •Build trusted partner relationships with client segment stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • •Lead and develop a project and service team to drive strategic and operational outcomes for the client relationship.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years experience building productive and profitable working relationships with clients.
  • •7+ years experience with the SDLC and ensuring timely, successful delivery of solutions to client needs and objectives.
  • •Ability to identify new revenue streams, including product and professional services.
  • •Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
  • •Ability to lead critical initiatives such as external projects, incident response, process improvement, employee training, and SOP development/maintenance.
