Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests entering and leaving the venue and communicate venue policies, procedures, and information.
  • •Answer guest questions about venue programs (e.g., upgrades, fan merchandise) and assist with seating, seat relocation, and meet & greets.
  • •Direct restroom and concessions lines to shorten wait times and monitor restroom lines during events.
  • •Handle and resolve guest complaints and help find lost items.
  • •Support end-of-show closeout, sustainability efforts (e.g., waste sorting/recycling education), and report maintenance and cleaning issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.05 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • •At least 2 years of guest service and communications experience.
  • •Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • •Excellent judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
  • •Ability to constantly walk, climb stairs, and lift/carry 50 lbs+.
