•Assist with guest needs such as finding seats, seat relocation, escorting to meet & greets, and locating lost items
•Direct restroom and concessions lines to shorten guest waiting times and help resolve complaints
•Support sustainability and end-of-show closing tasks, including reporting maintenance/cleaning issues

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.05 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent
•At least 2 years in guest service and communications
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
•Demonstrate judgment, tact, and diplomacy when handling guest interactions and issues
•Ability to execute programs and work effectively as part of a team, including physical ability to walk, climb stairs, and lift/carry 50 lbs+
