Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across various industries.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams and leverage other service lines and international colleagues to deliver engagements.
  • •Act as day-to-day point person on engagements; lead client meetings and management discussions.
  • •Plan, execute, and complete financial due diligence for financial and strategic buyers.
  • •Draft reports communicating findings on quality of earnings, net working capital, and business performance.
