Job Summary

Own the client data onboarding workflow for institutional accounts, coordinating authorization and permissions for Addepar data feeds. Communicate onboarding requirements and complex workflows to clients by phone and email in English and Spanish, and guide customers through account eligibility and LOA forms. Partner with data providers, custodians, and internal teams (Sales, Solutions Architects, Product, Engineering) to triage issues and improve onboarding tooling and UX within SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the data feed onboarding process for new Addepar clients, with focus on complex institutional accounts.
•Explain complex data onboarding workflows to institutional clients over calls and emails in English and Spanish.
•Provide guidance and training on account eligibility and authorization requirements (e.g., LOA forms) for portfolio data feeds.
•Provision received accounts to the appropriate Addepar environments and complete custodian-specific setup and feed connectivity workflows.
•Partner across Sales, Solutions Architects, Product, and Engineering to triage onboarding requests and implement process/tooling improvements to enhance onboarding UX and efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 106,000 - 132,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in client-facing roles, specializing in Client Onboarding and Success in FinTech or financial advisory.
•Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to conduct technical business calls and write clear correspondence in both English and Spanish.
•Demonstrated track record working with institutional clients and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail.
•Technical aptitude and proactive interest in using emerging AI-driven tools to optimize workflow efficiency.
