  • •Support Sales and Business teams with day-to-day legal needs across UAE and India jurisdictions, including reviewing, drafting, and managing standard commercial agreements.
  • •Coordinate contract execution, tracking, renewals, and basic contract lifecycle management.
  • •Own contract management processes and legal trackers, and contribute to templates, playbooks, precedent libraries, and AI processes.
  • •Assist product, marketing, and operations with regulatory and compliance alignment and support corporate governance and entity maintenance.
