Staff Software Engineer, RCM Core

Build and ship production AI for core revenue cycle operations, automating claims submission, remittance posting, denials and appeals, and document extraction. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI features—from prompt design and evaluation through production infrastructure—while partnering with customers and internal operations. Drive technical direction for the RCM platform, improve integration workflows, and enhance reliability, observability, performance, and scalability across the stack.
