Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a program manager, project manager, or technical lead, directing teams on major dams and hydropower projects and programs; act as technical lead of multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
•Support major dam and hydropower project pursuits; lead major proposals and engage with clients; assist senior leaders in developing business strategies for dams and hydropower in the region.
•Coordinate and align with business development strategies, match team skills with market trends, and drive strategic technical leadership hires.
•Maintain regular client interaction to ensure satisfaction with services and address feedback on team performance.
•Coordinate with Technical Practice Leads and Division Managers to align capabilities with market needs and opportunities.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree + 10 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•Master's (MS) or Doctorate (PhD) in Engineering is preferred
•Extensive knowledge of dams and hydropower markets, trends, and clients
•15+ years dams and hydropower industry technical and leadership experience
•5 years of experience leading projects, client accounts, or business development initiatives
