Job Summary

Lead and manage Home Finance and related real estate products end to end, including product performance, financials, pricing, parameters, and processes. Own the product manual, manage product/credit programs and controls, and coordinate approvals. Drive business development and marketing plans through partnerships with brokers, developers, and government programs, while developing collateral and managing a yearly product marketing plan for customer acquisition and growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the performance of Home Finance and real estate products, owning end-to-end product performance and implementing strategy through business plans and initiatives.
•Maintain and update product/credit programs, product manuals, policies, procedures, and term sheets, including coordinating required Sharia, ops, and legal approvals and audit follow-ups.
•Develop competitive pricing and marketing plans, including managing product marketing plans and promotional channels such as SEM, radio ads, SMS campaigns, TV ads, and in-flight ads.
•Drive business development by generating client leads, building partnerships with mortgage and real estate brokers, developers, government programs, and other stakeholders through MOU signing and training.
•Support real estate transactions by counseling customers on market conditions and mortgages, facilitating negotiations, reviewing purchase contracts, and preparing required agreements and documents.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in business, preferably specializing in Finance or Accounting.
•8–10 years of relevant experience in the banking sector.
•Understand Real Estate market/industry dynamics and key drivers of change in market conditions.
•Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks.
•Strong planning, organization, interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
