Job Summary

Own end-to-end customer implementation of AI experiences, translating each firm’s workflows into tailored prompt engineering, orchestration, and reusable prompt/configuration patterns. Design firm-specific AI outputs such as document summaries and trust recommendations, then build an AI quality system using evaluation datasets, automated evals, and success metrics. Partner with product/engineering to turn learnings into platform capabilities and support sales with AI demos and post-sale optimization.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end implementation of Luminary AI for each customer using prompt engineering and orchestration, translating firm practices into purpose-built AI experiences.
•Design and configure firm-specific AI outputs (e.g., document summaries, client memos, trust recommendations) aligned to preferences and standards.
•Define and maintain reusable prompt libraries, configuration templates, and implementation patterns.
•Build and own the AI quality system, including evaluation datasets, automated evals, success metrics, and continuous monitoring.
•Support sales by demonstrating AI capabilities and enabling prospects to understand firm-specific customization; lead post-sale implementation and iteration.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000

Key Requirements

•Strong technical fluency writing prompts, building evals, and working with LLM APIs, tool calling, and agent workflows.
•Experience evaluating AI quality using evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, or systematic measurement.
•Ability to translate ambiguous workflow needs into concrete implementation or product decisions in collaboration with customers.
•Comfort communicating technical concepts to both executives and practitioners, including supporting enterprise sales cycles or customer implementations.
