Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with commercial priorities, growth plans, and brand objectives.
  • •Translate brand and business strategies into channel-specific activation plans, promotional programs, merchandising initiatives, and customer-facing campaigns.
  • •Partner with Sales and Key Account teams to support customer business planning, seasonal activations, product launches, and sell-out acceleration.
  • •Drive excellence in in-store and channel execution, including displays, planograms, point-of-sale materials, promotional assets, and visibility programs.
  • •Analyze sales trends and promotional effectiveness, manage the trade marketing budget, and track/report KPIs such as sell-out, distribution, display compliance, promotional execution, and market share performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Management, Commercial Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5–8 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Channel Marketing, Sales, or related commercial roles.
  • •Experience working with retailers, distributors, and channel partners, preferably in tools, hardware, consumer durables, industrial, or related sectors.
  • •Strong knowledge of trade promotion, merchandising, channel strategy, and point-of-sale execution.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, SAP, Nielsen, Circana/IRI, or similar tools is preferred.
