Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and improve complex analog power management IPs for advanced DRAM products.
  • •Support parasitic modeling and design validation, including reticle experiments and tape-out revisions.
  • •Own and manage the layout process including floor-planning, placement, and routing.
  • •Run verification using modeling and simulation with industry standard simulators.
  • •Collaborate across teams (Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, Product Engineering) to ensure accurate manufacturability and standardization.
