Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute monthly UK & ROI payroll accurately and on time using Resource Link.
  • •Manage payroll inputs (leavers, sickness, ad hoc payments, allowances) and reconcile monthly with Finance for statutory submissions.
  • •Lead annual payroll processes including year-end reporting, P60s, Benefit Statements, and Class 1A NIC reconciliation.
  • •Manage IR35 with the People Team and external advisors, and support internal/external audits with audit reporting.
  • •Oversee payroll system upgrades and drive payroll process improvements, while handling employee payroll queries and deputising for the Payroll Manager when required.
