Payroll Expert, Prague

Own the end-to-end UK & ROI payroll process for ~1,000 employees, ensuring accurate, timely payroll delivery and statutory compliance. Serve as payroll subject matter expert, handling reconciliations, year-end activities, reporting, and continuous process improvements. Manage payroll inputs, IR35 processing, audits, and system upgrades (including Resource Link), while partnering closely with Finance and the People Team and deputising for the Payroll Manager as needed.
