Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze course performance metrics to identify content needing updates.
  • •Review student feedback at scale to prioritize improvements and resolve student-reported issues.
  • •Maintain and update classroom instructions and API/library usage to address breaking changes (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI SDK, Hugging Face).
  • •Bug-fix and trouble-shoot issues in course materials, including token-limit or deprecated-API problems.
  • •Update and test Udacity Workspaces using self-service Studio by installing updated packages, upgrading starter code and environments, and verifying exercises/projects work as intended.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of Python software development experience.
  • •Strong proficiency in Python with LLM frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
  • •Hands-on experience with major model APIs including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and Bedrock.
  • •Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate) and RAG pipelines, plus knowledge of agentic frameworks such as LangGraph.
  • •Ability to debug and update Python-based exercises/projects and use version control (Git/GitHub).
