Services Senior Team leader - Resource Management

Lead resource management for field service installation and maintenance activities on customer sites. Manage, develop, schedule, and staff Field Service Engineers supporting compressors, gas turbines, control systems, multi-stage pumps, steam turbines, turbo-expanders, and related turbomachinery. Own the operational year plan, ensure EHS and quality compliance, coordinate regional planning and budgeting, secure timely mobilization, and drive customer satisfaction through qualified deployments and feedback-driven improvements.
