Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Intercompany Hub by assisting configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Intercompany Create, Balance & Resolve, and Net & Settle.
  • •Provide end-user support and training for the Intercompany, Journals, and Account Reconciliation modules, including best-practice adoption.
  • •Maintain BlackLine administration tasks such as users, roles, permissions, certification workflows, and system configurations.
  • •Support integrations, schedules, and routine data quality checks to ensure accurate intercompany activity.
  • •Participate in deployments, enhancements, and testing (functional, integration, UAT) and assist with training materials and change-management communications.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of overall experience with 3+ years of BlackLine administration experience in Intercompany Hub.
  • •Working knowledge of financial close activities, including intercompany, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • •Experience supporting system enhancement projects and delivering end-user support.
  • •Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • •B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA / MBA, plus excellent written and verbal communication skills.
