Supervise associate-level staff, providing direction, training, and coaching to ensure strong customer experiences and proper store procedures. Oversee assigned department responsibilities and support store profitability through receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing. Maintain store culture and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
