Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect the quality of each team member’s work, identify vehicles not meeting company standards, and communicate with team members when quality falls short.
  • •Ensure proper techniques and procedures are implemented by team members; train detailers on standard operating procedures.
  • •Assist on the detail line and perform final detail tasks as needed.
  • •Maintain a professional, orderly, clean, and safe work environment; report incidents to management immediately.
  • •Log vehicle information into computer systems, photograph and stage vehicles per standards, and run inventory reports for the detail shop.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • •Quality Assurance/Quality Control experience preferred.
  • •Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license that meets requirements.
  • •Ability to safely drive a variety of make/model/sizes of vehicles.
  • •Proficiency with computer systems and applications.
