Quality Assurance Coordinator

Ensure “First Time Right” quality in the Detail Shop by inspecting each team member’s work, identifying vehicles that don’t meet standards, and coaching detailers on proper techniques and standard operating procedures. Serve as the first point of contact for the detail line, log inspection results into computer systems, photograph and stage vehicles to spec, support shop cleanliness/safety, and assist with final detail tasks and inventory reports.
