E Banking Processing Team Lead

Manage the day-to-day processing of ACH, including origination and incoming Fed files, internal bank transfers, and company payroll. Handle returns and NOCs and resolve related issues while ensuring all ACH files are received and accepted daily with the Federal Reserve. Supervise staff as needed, maintain and update ACH procedures and management reports, and assist with audits and compliance training (BSA/AML). Serve as a clear communicator with internal teams, customers, and other banks.
