Key Responsibilities

  • •Maximize customer value from an international client portfolio and identify alignment opportunities with other product groups.
  • •Formulate and implement relationship management strategies to maintain and deepen customer loyalty.
  • •Grow inbound revenue through new-to-bank acquisition and deepen product penetration for existing customers.
  • •Drive corridor engagement with key stakeholders and identify business leads and opportunities for portfolio growth.
  • •Implement Global Standards for due diligence as First Line of Defense against financial crime risks, and support credit proposal development, approvals, and credit risk monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience (at least five years) in a frontline banking role managing client relationships and delivering business results.
  • •Solid knowledge of banking products including Credit and Lending, Global Trade Solutions (GTS), Global Payments Solutions (GPS), and Markets & Securities Services (MSS).
  • •Strong analytical and credit assessment skills for complex, structured facilities with an international dimension, including preparing credit packages and supporting approval processes.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
  • •Successful completion of enhanced vetting checks as part of the recruitment process and ongoing basis.
