Maintain and troubleshoot material bulk handling and liquid terminal equipment, including assembling/instaling drive motors, conveyors, pumps, tank and piping systems. Perform alignment, repairs, lubrication, and safety inspections/adjustments, and operate equipment such as cranes, forklifts, telehandlers, and loaders. Support vessel discharge/loading and tank transfers, complete site rounds for safe/secure operations, and follow directions from supervisors within scheduled shifts and overtime needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Diagnose equipment issues and perform maintenance on material bulk handling and liquid terminal equipment.
•Assemble and install equipment such as drive motors, conveyors, pulley assemblies, liquid pumps/motors, and tank/piping systems.
•Align machinery and equipment for proper operation and fasten components to foundations/structures.
•Repair, lubricate, and inspect protective guards, loose bolts, and safety devices; make required adjustments.
•Support site operations including grease/lubrication, crane cable repairs, vessel discharging/loading, tank transfers, and site rounds for safe/secure terminal.
•Operate cranes, forklifts, telehandlers, trackmobile, front end loader, hand tools, and electric meters as required.

Key Requirements

•Diagnose problems and maintain bulk handling and liquid terminal equipment.
•Assemble, install, align, and fasten mechanical components including motors, conveyors, pulley assemblies, pumps, tanks, and piping systems.
•Repair and lubricate equipment; examine guards, bolts, and safety devices and make adjustments.
•Operate equipment (e.g., cranes, forklifts, telehandlers, trackmobile, front end loader) and verify repaired equipment meets specifications.
•Maintain regular attendance; work shifts and overtime/weekends as dictated by operations, and follow work schedules and rules.
