Sr Manager Learning & Development Architecture

Manage the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise leadership development programs for executive leaders, including frameworks and processes aligned to business and talent strategy. Partner with external vendors to build customized content, evaluate program effectiveness using analytics and qualitative metrics, and continuously improve offerings based on market trends and best practices. Lead and develop a high-performing team, and manage budget and resources to maximize learning initiative impact.
