  • •Govern quarterly priority planning and promotional calendars, ensuring execution readiness.
  • •Lead experimentation and learning by directing promotions test-and-learn agendas, evaluating results, and scaling insights into decisions.
  • •Manage and develop a Catalogue Planning team of 2, improving planning standards and using automation to reduce manual coordination and raise output quality.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, pricing & promotions, or ecommerce roles, ideally in technology, retail, media, or digital entertainment.
  • •Proven ability to set promotional strategy and translate it into measurable revenue and customer-value outcomes.
  • •Demonstrated people leadership, including building capability, setting clear accountabilities, and developing a high-performing, inclusive team.
