Own delivery of IT projects for Canon’s Imaging Technologies Consumer Group (ITCG), taking initiatives from discovery through launch and post-launch. Champion Agile ways of working and translate business needs into digital solutions that improve customer experience and business value. Act as the key liaison between business and technology teams, support discovery and requirements, lead demos to gather feedback, and coordinate releases with strong governance, quality, and continuous improvement.
