Cocktail Server - Foundation Room New Orleans

Serve food and beverages in a nightclub environment at Foundation Room, delivering an upbeat guest experience with expert bottle, wine, and cocktail service. You’ll recognize VIPs and members, master upscale dining steps, up-sell menu and beverage offerings, and handle orders through Point of Sale systems. The role also requires responsible alcohol service, guest ID checks, clean table and sanitation standards, and safe guest handling when patrons are intoxicated.
