Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve food and beverages to guests with a cheerful attitude in a nightclub environment.
  • •Provide impeccable upscale dining service, including bottle and wine service standards and procedures.
  • •Upsell beverages and menu items, take orders, and communicate drink orders to the bar via POS.
  • •Maintain table cleanliness and follow housekeeping, safety, and sanitation standards (including lifting/moving bus tubs up to 25 lbs).
  • •Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs, handling intoxicated guests appropriately, and refusing further alcohol when required.

Key Requirements

  • •TIPS Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent.
