Key Responsibilities

  • •Own manufacturing readiness and technology transfer for next-generation data center networking products, including planning for production line layout, capacity modeling, and rapid ramp-up.
  • •Define and maintain the manufacturing technology roadmap, including new processes/equipment for advanced packaging of ASICs/FPGAs and high-layer-count PCBs for signal integrity.
  • •Serve as the DFX expert, leading design reviews (DFM/DFA/DFT) and guiding architecture for yield, quality, and cost efficiency for high-speed interconnects, optical modules, and RF paths.
  • •Architect and implement manufacturing processes and system-level functional test strategies (traffic generation, full line-rate testing, high-temperature burn-in) aligned to quality goals.
  • •Oversee ATE development for precise BER/signal quality measurement and provide sustaining engineering guidance to resolve complex post-launch issues in signal integrity and optical modules.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience with at least 3 years dedicated to NPI and successful high-volume product launches in data center networking equipment.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical discipline (Master's preferred).
  • •Expert knowledge of high-layer count PCBA manufacturing, including specialized soldering/rework for BGA/FC-BGA components and process control for large-format boards.
  • •Proven experience designing and qualifying production functional test (FT) systems and managing test coverage for complex network systems.
  • •Experience applying advanced statistical and quality tools such as PFMEA, SPC, and DOE.
