Key Responsibilities

  • •Support end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure product flow from Italy to the local market, coordinating inventory planning and order management.
  • •Manage logistics and warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order processing, outbound shipments, and inventory transfers while maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • •Oversee import logistics, coordinating freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure smooth customs clearance and compliance with Korean regulations.
  • •Develop and manage logistics budgets and monitor KPIs such as service levels, inventory accuracy, lead times, and logistics costs.
  • •Drive customs and trade compliance activities (duties, HS codes, product certifications, FTA origin requirements) and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5–10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, import/export operations, or related fields.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Strong knowledge of Korean import customs procedures and customs regulations.
  • •Experience in luxury, jewelry, fashion, or retail industries (preferred).
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and business-level English.
