Oversee Damiani Korea’s end-to-end supply chain, coordinating inventory planning, order management, logistics distribution, and product availability to ensure seamless flow from Italy to local warehouses and boutiques. Lead logistics and warehouse operations, manage 3PL service levels, and maintain SOPs and inventory accuracy. Own importation, customs clearance, HS code classification, and trade compliance, while driving cost performance and continuous process improvement with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Support end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure product flow from Italy to the local market, coordinating inventory planning and order management.
•Manage logistics and warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order processing, outbound shipments, and inventory transfers while maintaining inventory accuracy.
•Oversee import logistics, coordinating freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure smooth customs clearance and compliance with Korean regulations.
•Develop and manage logistics budgets and monitor KPIs such as service levels, inventory accuracy, lead times, and logistics costs.
•Drive customs and trade compliance activities (duties, HS codes, product certifications, FTA origin requirements) and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5–10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, import/export operations, or related fields.
•Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Strong knowledge of Korean import customs procedures and customs regulations.
•Experience in luxury, jewelry, fashion, or retail industries (preferred).
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and business-level English.
