  • •Build and run Kaizen Studio, setting creative direction and visual identity across audiences.
  • •Produce cinematic customer films capturing Kaizen deployments in the field.
  • •Shoot documentary-style, behind-the-scenes footage of teams traveling and collaborating on the ground.
  • •Run a recurring recruiting film series covering events, offsites, culture, and mission-aligned stories.
  • •Own end-to-end production on lean shoots and direct/brief contractors on larger productions to meet quality standards.
