Job Summary

Design, configure, and support SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions that power Order-to-Cash and Logistics processes. Gather requirements with business teams, implement pricing/billing and order management capabilities, and support inbound/outbound deliveries and shipment execution. Collaborate across SAP MM, FI/CO, Warehouse, and GTS, troubleshoot issues (including SMARTFORMS support), and participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing production support with SLAs in a global aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, configure, and support SAP SD solutions.
•Translate business requirements into SAP solutions and support Order Management processes (quotations, consignment, scheduling agreements, returns/credit & debit, back orders, pricing/billing, customer master data, sales BOM).
•Support Logistics Execution processes including inbound/outbound deliveries, third-party and drop shipments, route determination, packing instructions/handling units, shipping documents, bill of lading, and customer-specific labels.
•Collaborate with teams across SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, Warehouse, GTS) and troubleshoot system/application issues, including basic debugging and SMARTFORMS support.
•Participate in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and provide production support with timely issue resolution and SLA adherence.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
•3+ years of experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).
•Strong experience in Order Management, Pricing and Billing, ATP/GATP, Customer Master Data, and Logistics Execution/Deliveries.
•Working knowledge of Material Master, IDOC Processing, and SMARTFORMS.
•Experience with SAP configuration, requirements gathering, unit and integration testing, and production support.
