Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver on Motorola Solutions Maintenance Agreements by coordinating with local service providers, third-party partners, and other MSI service organizations for all maintenance activities.
  • •Manage and lead day-to-day activities to meet contractual commitments, ensuring strict SLA compliance for response and restoration time.
  • •Assist in the design, troubleshooting, and maintenance of customer radio networks, including programming subscribers and infrastructure equipment.
  • •Provide technical support for specialized systems and product applications, including performance optimization of RF and Broadband architecture.
  • •Provide weekly reports of activities and accomplishments, monitor availability metrics, and manage escalations and storm-response efforts, including after-hours outage response as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors degree OR 5+ years of technical experience in areas such as LMR, RF systems, radio communications, wired/wireless communication systems, networking equipment, IT, telecommunications, public safety, engineering, or military experience.
  • •Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a background check to obtain a Secret Clearance as required by assigned customers.
  • •Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required; employer work permit sponsorship is not available.
  • •Strong understanding of Astro P25 infrastructure management, including RF (combiners, base station fundamentals, and Astro Application Suite).
  • •Availability for flexible scheduling (including weekends/holidays) and after-hours emergency support; must be within 2 hours of Philadelphia, PA or willing to travel up to 50%.
