Job Summary

Serve as the primary onsite point of contact and communications consultant for an enterprise customer, ensuring seamless delivery of maintenance agreements for Motorola Land Mobile Radio systems. Coordinate maintenance activities with service providers and partners, manage day-to-day commitments and SLA compliance, and troubleshoot RF and Broadband infrastructure. Program, configure, optimize, test, and document complex communications systems using Motorola software, provide weekly reporting, and support escalations and storm-response efforts, including after-hours outage response.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver on Motorola Solutions Maintenance Agreements by coordinating with local service providers, third-party partners, and other MSI service organizations for all maintenance activities.
•Manage and lead day-to-day activities to meet contractual commitments, ensuring strict SLA compliance for response and restoration time.
•Assist in the design, troubleshooting, and maintenance of customer radio networks, including programming subscribers and infrastructure equipment.
•Provide technical support for specialized systems and product applications, including performance optimization of RF and Broadband architecture.
•Provide weekly reports of activities and accomplishments, monitor availability metrics, and manage escalations and storm-response efforts, including after-hours outage response as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelors degree OR 5+ years of technical experience in areas such as LMR, RF systems, radio communications, wired/wireless communication systems, networking equipment, IT, telecommunications, public safety, engineering, or military experience.
•Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a background check to obtain a Secret Clearance as required by assigned customers.
•Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required; employer work permit sponsorship is not available.
•Strong understanding of Astro P25 infrastructure management, including RF (combiners, base station fundamentals, and Astro Application Suite).
•Availability for flexible scheduling (including weekends/holidays) and after-hours emergency support; must be within 2 hours of Philadelphia, PA or willing to travel up to 50%.
