Job Summary

Senior Systems Engineer role within Collins Aerospace for ground and airborne systems. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development of full lifecycle solutions from CONOPS to Validation.
•Define and perform lab activities including definition, setup, configuration management, and testing.
•Integrate solutions within their target environment.
•Coach and review the work of lower level professionals.
•Influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures.

Key Requirements

•Strong integration and test experience including test procedure development, test execution, test reporting, and test automation.
•Proficient in tooling to include Microsoft products, or tasking boards (Jira, IBM EWM, etc.).
•Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
•Experience with SATCOM, LOS/BLOS, AEHF, PTW, or V/UHF systems is preferred.
•Excellent communication skills and ability to work with IPT leaders, hardware and software engineers, program managers, and customers.
