Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager with structural engineering project planning, coordination, and execution from conception to completion.
  • •Develop and monitor project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies to keep work aligned to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • •Review and validate structural designs, calculations, drawings, and technical specifications for compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  • •Monitor structural construction activities on-site, perform inspections, and resolve technical issues to ensure execution matches approved drawings and specifications.
  • •Support quality, safety, and compliance activities including audits, risk assessment and mitigation planning, and statutory/regulatory approvals.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree (M.E./M.Tech) in Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • •13-15 years of relevant experience in structural design, project management, and construction supervision.
  • •Experience handling medium to large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
  • •Strong understanding of RCC, Steel Structures, Precast Structures, and Foundation Systems, plus knowledge of seismic design principles and structural analysis methodologies.
