•Own the AI creation product surface, driving AI-powered asset generation and intelligent template recommendations.
•Define and drive activation strategy to reduce time-to-value for new and expanding users using a north-star metric and roadmap.
•Improve AI output quality by setting standards for AI-generated content and partnering with engineering and design.
•Build the PLG feedback loop by optimizing creation flows, learning what drives user aha moments, and iterating quickly.
•Partner across engineering, design, data science, and platform teams to ship technically excellent and delightful capabilities.

Key Requirements

•8-10+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years owning AI/ML-powered product experiences.
•Owned activation, onboarding, or self-serve growth metrics and know how to move them.
•Understand how generative AI and LLMs work well enough to push boundaries and work through debates with engineers.
•Shipped complex, ambiguous AI or growth initiatives from 0 to 1 and scaled them.
•Comfortable defining success metrics, designing experiments, and making judgment calls with incomplete data.
