Lead second-shift inventory control by supervising, coaching, and disciplining team members, maintaining and updating inventory records, resolving discrepancies, and tracking recouped and returnable stock. Ensure inventory quality programs, audits, counts, and reporting are completed through weekly and monthly documentation. Coordinate with Customer Service Representatives and Warehouse Supervisors to support operations.
