Key Responsibilities

  • •Project manage real estate finance transactions from approval through completion of documentation and drawdown.
  • •Instruct, monitor, and liaise with professionals on due diligence reports and legal documentation.
  • •Review and analyze property valuations and project monitor reports, reporting to Regional Directors.
  • •Review heads of terms and ensure legal documentation reflects credit-approved terms and HSBC UK policies.
  • •Manage lifecycle work for the existing REF portfolio and collaborate with Group and Legal colleagues to deliver customer solutions.
