Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end business analysis activities across complex change initiatives within Alternatives
•Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements using appropriate methodologies
•Ensure robust data governance and data quality standards across the Alternatives platform
•Lead solution design for key Alternatives initiatives, including front-to-back operating models, portfolio management, valuation, and reporting solutions
•Work closely with technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable and compliant system designs

Key Requirements

•Experienced in Asset Management or Alternatives with deep understanding of private markets (private equity, private credit, real assets, hedge funds)
•Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Solutions Architect within financial services or investment management
•Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including experience with SQL and other analytical tools
•Exposure to front-to-back operating models in Alternatives, with hands-on experience with leading platforms (e.g., Allvue, eFront, Arcesium, Anaplan, Citco Unity or similar)
•Experience within a top-tier investment bank, asset manager, or alternatives-focused financial institution
