Job Summary

Drive pipeline, revenue, and brand growth across key EMEA markets by planning, activating, and optimizing multi-channel paid media campaigns. Partner with regional marketing teams to localize audiences, messaging, creatives, and landing pages; track budgets, pacing, and performance; and collaborate with analytics and marketing ops to improve data quality. Lead automation and AI efforts to streamline workflow, QA, and reporting while staying current on platform and paid media trends.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and activate paid media strategies across channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, StackAdapt, Demandbase, Meta Ads) for key EMEA markets.
•Partner with regional marketing teams to localize global demand and brand campaigns, including audience definitions, messaging, creative testing, and landing page alignment.
•Optimize campaign setup, creatives, budgets, and bids to improve performance and identify efficiency and scale opportunities.
•Track campaign budgets and pacing across EMEA markets to ensure investment aligns to regional priorities and plan.
•Build and continuously improve processes, workflows, and checklists; implement and troubleshoot marketing technology (pixels, tags, segments, tracking) to ensure accurate data capture.

Key Requirements

•Basic Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•5+ years of experience in digital advertising (agency or in-house paid media).
•3+ years hands-on experience running digital media campaigns across multiple channels, including paid social, display (DSP/programmatic), video, and native.
•Fluency in English; additional major EMEA languages are a plus.
•Experience with EMEA markets and marketing analytics; fluent in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with enterprise analytics tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau, Hex).
