Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and manage project team activities across program lifecycle from start to close-out, driving revenue.
  • •Lead compliance with contractual requirements and commercial terms, including risk allocation, change management, claims mitigation, and commercial negotiations.
  • •Define program goals and success metrics and align multiple project plans to a shared roadmap.
  • •Develop and monitor project execution plans including schedule, cost, and staffing; facilitate forecast and capacity analysis.
  • •Track and control costs, review performance data, manage change orders and close-out items, and provide coaching to project managers.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of automation experience.
  • •5+ years in the oil & gas, refining, and/or mining industry.
  • •8+ years of project management (or equivalent) experience.
  • •Strong requirements management, planning/estimation, scheduling (resource-loading critical path analysis), and integrated master scheduling (SOW-WBS-BOE-IMS).
  • •Expertise in Earned Value Management plus cost/financials, risk/change management, and holding a PMP certification.
