Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and Wood obligations across project teams.
  • •Manage bonds/LoCs, collateral warranties and PCGs, and provide timely commercial/contract deliverables.
  • •Develop and maintain project commercial plans and subcontracting commercial strategy, including profit improvement plans.
  • •Perform cost analysis, cost loading with planners, and reporting of Actual Cost vs WDTD vs FC, change management, and KPIs (SPI/CPI/PFs, EVM, ELFs).
  • •Prepare cashflow forecasts, expenditure/invoice inputs, budgets and monthly CVRs, and manage contract DSO while resolving disputes/claims and supporting tender governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, or Business Studies, plus an appropriate professional qualification (preferred).
  • •Strong experience in a similar role within the Petrochemical, Process & Energy sectors.
  • •Experience in multidiscipline framework contracts, including MEISIP scopes or work.
  • •Knowledge of contract forms including NEC3/4 and JCT, and awareness of relevant corporate and project procedures.
  • •Proven contract administration experience, including change management, dispute/claims and cash collection issues.
