Key Responsibilities

  • •Support sustainable operational resilience for HSBC Hong Kong by ensuring practices align with business and regulatory measures.
  • •Help AMH businesses map business processes and underlying operational assets for critical operations under the operational resilience framework and HKMA SPM OR-2.
  • •Support reporting on framework embedment and OR-2 compliance, ensuring timely resilience reviews and artefact refreshes.
  • •Represent executive management and board members globally by helping produce key operational resilience framework artefacts.
  • •Partner with businesses, technology, and risk/internal-external audit to deliver a holistic operational resilience view on time and to quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience supporting policy and framework implementation in a global organisation, across cultures and within complex matrix structures.
  • •Proven track record in project governance and reporting.
  • •Business and data analysis experience, including requirements gathering and design techniques.
  • •Experience applying analysis techniques in change environments across business, operations, and technology projects.
  • •Overall financial services industry knowledge and the ability to communicate status, milestones, and governance papers clearly to stakeholders.
