Associate Director, Core Laboratory Operations

Oversee the functional and strategic planning of the university’s physical research infrastructure and develop core laboratories into world-class facilities that support high-quality research and attract external collaborators. Lead day-to-day research laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, protocols, and best practices. Manage budgets, policies, procedures, space planning, facility access and instrumentation, and staff/service/equipment programs while partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
