Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist account executives and brokers on assigned accounts to manage day-to-day client support service processes.
  • •Coordinate with Aon Client Services (ACS) to ensure key client service processes are performed effectively.
  • •Follow up on invoice generation, receivables, and collections; review and resolve income leakage reports.
  • •Process endorsements/audits, certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, invoicing, and policy transmittals.
  • •Support renewal processes and work with the Surplus Lines unit to ensure compliant placement, documentation, and correct taxes/fees on invoices.

Key Requirements
