Key Responsibilities

•Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers while ensuring performance, reliability, and safety.
•Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, upgrades, repairs, and installations on Philips equipment.
•Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established diagnostic tools and procedures.
•Respond to customer escalations and technical concerns with timely, effective resolution.
•Maintain accurate service documentation and submit service reports/worksheets/expense and administrative documentation on time.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Electronic, Systems Engineering (or related) with at least 4 years supporting healthcare technologies in hospital/clinical environments.
•Experience supporting diagnostic imaging equipment, preferably CT or MRI modalities.
•Strong customer-facing troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
•Intermediate English skills to read and understand technical manuals and service documentation.
•Available to travel within Argentina; a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are preferred but not mandatory.
