Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop a global content and data partnership strategy, including market mapping, partner prioritization, and a multi-year content roadmap.
  • •Own stakeholder relationships with commercial decision-makers at financial data, research, and info-services platforms globally.
  • •Lead negotiation of partnership contracts with content providers, including novel agreements without standard precedent.
  • •Establish AI-native content use frameworks covering model usage rights, derived outputs, attribution, entitlements, auditability, and redistribution.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to align commercialization models with product and platform capabilities, coordinating with Sales, Post-Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Product, and Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep familiarity with the financial data ecosystem and relationships with providers such as Bloomberg, FactSet, S&P / Visible Alpha, and Morningstar.
  • •Proven negotiation experience, including carrying deals from start to finish rather than only coordinating.
  • •Strong commercial instincts, treating partnerships like a sales pipeline and independently evaluating dataset quality and strategic value.
  • •Fluency in content economics and licensing structures, including enterprise licenses and redistribution rights.
  • •Familiarity with intellectual-property and data-rights questions created by generative AI and AI-enabled research workflows.
