Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish robust accounting and financial procedures and processes for effective reporting.
  • •Own monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • •Partner with local and regional stakeholders to provide financial insights and analysis for decision-making.
  • •Manage relationships with auditors and tax authorities and other financial partners.
  • •Collaborate with regional HQ to integrate Tanzania into Eleving Group’s financial ecosystem and lead accounting improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • •Understanding of IFRS accounting principles (balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow).
