Financial Controller, Tanzania

Build and own the Tanzania country finance function largely from scratch, ensuring monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting is accurate, timely, and compliant. Stand up robust accounting procedures, manage relationships with auditors and tax authorities, and monitor adherence to IFRS and local regulations. Partner with local and regional stakeholders to deliver financial insights that guide commercial and operational decisions, while integrating Tanzania into the Eleving Group financial ecosystem.
