Job Function: Industrial, Process & Manufacturing Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Enable, deploy, and sustain AT factory automation solutions across Micron’s global Assembly & Test manufacturing network.
  • •Translate process, equipment, and automation requirements in partnership with Manufacturing, Process, Equipment, and IT teams.
  • •Develop and review automation system requirements, including tool automation and interfaces for AMHS, stockers, and ASRS.
  • •Support system change management including UAT, issue resolution, and production deployment.
  • •Establish and maintain automation and integration standards, manage automation integration with solution providers/vendors, and track performance metrics/ROI to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electronic/Data Science) or an engineering-related field.
  • •Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot issues and address root causes.
  • •Knowledge of semiconductor assembly/test manufacturing processes (advantage).
  • •Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness.
