Execute the tailor shop’s craftsmanship strategy in partnership with the Master Tailor or Tailor Shop Manager. Perform basic alterations such as hemming, patch and repair, and tapering, while supporting additional tailor projects as needed. Deliver strong customer service to elevate client experience, clearly articulate and carry out tailor shop services, and educate/train store teams on customer offerings and services as a Brand Ambassador.
